Terms and Conditions: Survey Completion Promotion

Thank you for participating in the Survey Completion Promotion offered by PicassoTiles.com. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and above as of April 16, 2024 who complete the survey provided by PicassoTiles. Employees of PicassoTiles and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period: The promotion begins on April 16, 2024  and ends on April 26, 2024. PicassoTiles reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. Participation: To qualify for the promotion, participants must complete the survey provided by PicassoTiles in its entirety within the promotion period. Only the first 25 participants who successfully complete the survey will be eligible to receive the $50 reward.

4. Reward: Eligible participants will receive a $50 reward in the form of a discount code to be redeemed on PicassoTiles.com. Please note that the discount code will expire on August 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

5. Notification: Eligible participants will be notified via email address on file with PicassoTiles.com within 24 - 72 hours after the promotion period ends.

6. Disqualification: PicassoTiles reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior. Disqualified participants will forfeit any claim to the reward.

7. Limitation of Liability: PicassoTiles shall not be liable for any technical issues, malfunctions, or errors that may occur during the survey completion process. Participation in this promotion is at the participant's own risk, and PicassoTiles is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. 

By participating in this promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. PicassoTiles reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
