Returns

Thank you for your patronage; in case you are seeking to return your items purchased directly through us, we will gladly assist you with the process.

Please refer to the guidelines below to ensure your purchase is eligible for a return/refund.


Return: Unopened Sets

  • All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

  • Your items must be in the condition received and unopened in the complete original box and/or packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment. 

  • Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non-refundable and within the customer’s responsibility.

 

Authorized seller: Return

If you purchased one of our products from an authorized reseller, please directly contact that reseller for assistance with your refund.

Broken/Defective: Replacement

For support with the replacement of a broken/defective product, please contact support@picassotiles.com along with proof of purchase made from an authorized seller.

Unauthorized resellers: Replacement

Products purchased from an unauthorized reseller do not qualify for warranty replacement.
