Your shopping experience is a big deal for us. At Picassotiles.com, we are committed to offering great shipping and return services. 

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. In general, orders are not shipped on weekends or US official holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing time and shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

SHIPPING 

 

US Domestic Shipping Orders

We offer shipping to all shipping addresses within the 48 contiguous United States within 3-5 business days from order placement. Business day are Monday to Friday.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Free shipping is offered for orders $49 or more. For all orders under $49, a $5.99 shipping fee for UPS ground shipping is available. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

To ensure your order can be tracked and arrives on time, please provide a valid email address during checkout.

 

International Shipping Orders

We do not offer free shipping to international orders. International shipping is offered at an additional rate. Please be sure to check shipping options before checkout. 

Please allow additional processing and shipping time for all international orders. International shipping fee is non-refundable. 

For countries outside of the United States, Canada, and Mexico; shipping rates will be based on the order weight. Orders weighing more than 50 pounds will NOT be able to complete an order on picassotiles.com. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

RETURNS

We at PicassoTiles are dedicated to delivering an enjoyable product. We are saddened to see you return your product. We understand if you’re not satisfied  with your purchase. Each PicassoTiles product is covered by our 30 day return policy.

In order to return your product, please contact support@picassotiles.com and request a prepaid shipping label. Packages and products sent back to picassotiles.com without contacting us and using our specific prepaid shipping label will not be accepted.

To ensure your order can be returned, please provide a valid email address and order number during the return process.

Please allow 10 business days for returns. During peak seasons (Holiday Season), please allow additional time for all returns to be processed. Thank you for your patience.

 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders are returnable but unfortunately, we do not provide return labels and return fees. Customers have to cover return fees at their expense. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact support@picassotiles.com for further assistance.

 

FOR AUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY RETURNS

For any PicassoTiles products purchased through authorized third-party vendors, please follow their policy on returns and exchanges.

EXCHANGES AND REPLACEMENT PARTS 

Unfortunately, picassotiles.com does not offer exchanges. However, you may request replacement parts separately. Replacements are covered under the warranty. Purchases made from an unauthorized reseller do not qualify for a warranty replacement.

For any missing, broken, or damaged parts that need replacing, please contact support@picassotiles.com along with proof of purchase.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

 If you see a different price on an item you’ve already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within seven days of your shipment date. We will only make one price adjustment per item. Our capacity to make a reasonable price adjustment is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

You are requesting a price adjustment for the exact item you purchased and the item is still in stock.

You are requesting a price adjustment to match a promotional event that is currently being promoted at the time of your price adjustment request. 

You are having difficulty inputting an active promotional code at checkout. 

The price decreases after an order is placed.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot make price adjustments if;

 The item being requested for a price adjustment is out of stock.

The item was purchased from a third-party vendor.

The item was already purchased during a promotional event or purchased with a coupon.

The promotional event or sale already expired. 

You received a non-transferable coupon from another person and used it towards a purchase.

 

All price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment.
