DUTIES AND TAXES
If a product is seized by the customs or returned to back to the United States, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to PicassoTiles.

Please be advised, that international shipment may be inspected or held by customs in YOUR country for any reason. We ask that all international shipments have a phone number in case customs in your country need to contact you.
Note: international shipments placed without a phone number may cause a delay when processing.
