Thank you for your feedback and for your recent order—we’re glad to hear you were satisfied with the product itself.
We’re a bit confused, as a prepaid return label was requested and provided on April 7th, but it has not yet been used. Please feel free to use that label at your convenience to return the extra set on or before May 2nd.
Also, we want to clarify that at no point did anyone from PicassoTiles state that the duplicate order could not be returned.
